Why does this logo need to be converted?
Embroidery requires image files that contain information on how to stitch the design and what color threads to use. Regular images do not contain this data, so we have to convert these images to "stitch files."
Tips for successful embroidery
Photographs typically do not convert well
Cartoon art usually works very well
Rather than adding text to an image, you can select layout and add text on the next step - You'll avoid extra conversion fees this way!
